We live in a world addicted to noise.
Busy means important. Loud means powerful. And chaos? It’s normal.
But peace — peace is rebellion.
Because peace doesn’t sell. It doesn’t shout. It doesn’t need to be seen.
When I started meditating, people called it “strange.”
When I started choosing stillness over stress, they called it “lazy.”
But peace doesn’t care what people call it — it just is.
Choosing peace in a loud world is the quietest form of protest there is.
It’s saying, “I don’t need to fight everything. I don’t need to fix everyone. I just need to be.”
And that’s not weakness. That’s wisdom.
